Which payment options do you offer?

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.

When can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that your subscription will continue until the end of your payment cycle. We don't offer refunds for the cancelled payment cycle. E.g. if you cancel your monthly subscription at 07-13-20, you're still charged for July and it will end at 07-31-20.

Can I use SlideLizard on multiple devices?

You can install SlideLizard on as many computers as you want. But you can only it on one device at a time, so sharing an account doesn't work.

How does the payment per event work?

Send us an E-Mail with details about your event, and we will enable SlideLizard for you for the time of your event.

Do you offer student discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for students upon request (write us at sales@slidelizard.at).
