Founded in 1995, NCCCO sets safety standards for lifting and load-handling equipment. The organisation works with OSHA and ANSI/ASME and supports professionals and companies through reliable exam and certification processes. Because training and knowledge transfer are a core part of this work, NCCCO needed a more efficient way to manage presentation content, reduce duplicates, and keep training materials up to date.
At NCCCO, presentations play an important role in both internal and external training. Training materials need to be accurate, current, and quickly accessible for the responsible teams. Over time, however, slides were managed by different departments and individuals, making it increasingly difficult to maintain a consistent and up-to-date slide inventory.
When creating or updating training presentations, teams often had to check whether content was still correct, whether newer versions existed, or whether the same slide was already being used in other presentations. Many duplicates meant the same work was done repeatedly. Changes to individual slides also often had to be updated manually in several presentations. For NCCCO, this meant that finding, reviewing, updating, and distributing training slides took more time than necessary. The goal was therefore to find a solution that would allow training content to be managed centrally, updated more easily, and kept consistent across multiple presentations.

With SlideLizard CREATOR, NCCCO introduced a centralised slide library for training materials. Instead of continuing to manage slides across individual files, presentations, or departments, this creates a shared place for current and approved training content. Slides can be clearly structured, organised in folders, and tagged so teams can find what they need for their training faster.
Central maintenance of content was especially important. When a slide changes, it no longer has to be updated separately in multiple presentations. Instead, it is updated once centrally and is then available in its current version. This helps NCCCO reduce duplicate work, avoid outdated content, and create a more reliable foundation for internal and external training.
Another advantage lies in the AI features of SlideLizard CREATOR. Existing slides and presentations can not only be updated centrally, but also translated from English into Spanish with AI support. This allows NCCCO to prepare training content for a broader audience without having to maintain separate slide versions manually or give up the centralised structure of the library.
