officeatwork offers different Apps for Microsoft Office. The so-called „Slide library“ allows you to setup a shared slide library for your entire company. The software uses OneDrive or SharePoint in the background to store your slides. officeatwork, however, has crucial disadvantages:

officeatwork always needs access to the TOTAL SharePoint or OneDrive file system of a user. Due to technical limitations, the access cannot be restricted more specifically. From a security point of view, this is a major shortcoming and as an IT administrator, one should carefully consider if such extensive access rights should be granted to a third-party app.

The officeatwork library does not contain any automatic updating of slides. This means that if someone changes a slide, it has to be manually searched for and overwritten by each user in existing presentations.
